Facility Reservations
Reservations will open for the season on
April 1, 2025
Members of the club have the added benefit of reserving one of our three pavilion areas, the sand pier, or certain areas of the grounds (at the manager's discretion) to host events. Reservations are done on a first-come, first-serve basis and are completed through your MemberSplash account. Please read the details below.
Non-members of the club may also request to host an event. Availability for non-members is limited to weekdays only, no weekends. Additional fees apply. Please fill out our Party Application Form and our parties chair will be in touch.

Must be paid within 24 hours of the time you make the reservation. Reservations not paid for will be canceled.
This guarantees you:
The location you select from 12:00-9:00.
Please note that refunds will only be given in the event the club decides to close for the day.
Up to 10 guests
Additional guests are $6 per person. Children under 4 are free.
A guest list needs to be provided on the day of the reservation. Club members do not need to be included.
Other details:
We do not have storage available for cold items.
You may not enter the club early to set up. Please plan accordingly. Utility carts are available for your use.
All areas must be cleaned up before the end of the day.
Sand Pier & Grounds
$50

Make a Reservation
Log into your MemberSplash account. Non-members need to complete the Party Application Form.
Go to Reservations then choose Make a Reservation
Select Grounds or Pavilions and the date you are looking for.
If a spot is open it will let you select it. Select your name and email and click Book It
Go back to your account in MemberSplash, go to Payments, then Make a Payment.
On the next screen choose Pavilion or Grounds rental and complete your payment.
