The 2011 summer season at Greenwood Park/Bells Lake is almost here! The summer weather will be a delightful sight after the winter snow and sleet……..
New Pool Coming: We are excited to announce a new 8 lane pool has been approved to start construction in September for the 2012 season… The pool will enhance the swim club for many years to come. The new layout is a rectangular pool, similar to the current one, but 14 feet wider. Attached is the drawing of the new pool.
MANAGEMENT TEAM: We are pleased to announce Charlie Zimmerman will return as manager of the swim club. Charlie did a great job in 2010! Bill Malone will continue his role as Assistant Manager.
OPEN HOUSE: We will be holding our 2011 Open House for new members who would like to join our swim club in 2011 on Sunday, May 29th. We will be offering free guest entrance to families who are not members in 2011 to help promote the swim club.
FROGS SWIM TEAM: The Frogs swim team is preparing for another successful year in 2011. If you’re interested in learning more about the swim team please contact Andy Knox (jennandyknox@comcast.net) our Swim Team Chairman or Mike Dandrea (michaeldandrea@comcast.net) Tri-County Swimming rep. GO FROGS!!!!
MEMBERSHIP: The 2011 membership applications have been mailed. Please return so that your 2011 membership cards can be processed.
ENTERTAINMENT: We have a great summer planned with bands, DJ’s, activities, etc in 2011. Please check the website at www.bellslake.com.
